Absolutely there is nothing resemble…
Absolutely there is nothing resemble yellow cab ghrrrrrr! I do take taxis 2 or 3 times a week average. Mainly to down town Austin or to the Airport , I have never been down, they take reservations very seriously, the truth is their fare is a bit higher than yellow cab and that's understandable since they have drivers paid based on driving hours and being a smaller company than yellow cab, we may have a different opinion on service provided but to me timing means being on time is extremely important vs few dollars extra for the transportation service. For instance reserving a ride with yellow cab early morning prevent me from going to sleep knowing that I can miss my flight, paying less is not gonna help me. I highly encourage this young company to do better and better everyday, I would never forget the damage that was caused to me due missing my flight because yellow cab never showed up for a reservation made one day ahead, 7 months passed now, glad to learn about those guys!

Driver lied and called cops

They said it was going to take 10 minutes to pick us up, they lied, it took over an hour. Once we got picked up the driver drove recklessly and caused me and the rest of the passengers to get car sick. The driver even admitted yellow cab was better. Do yourself a favor and never take this service.

Hands down THE best company I've ever… Hands down THE best company I've ever encountered! I live in North Austin area therefore have to call this company more than often to transport to work, airport, errands and more often as I have moderate health issues, they're the most considerable company I've ever dealt with. I mean multiple times of using their service completely out standing, always they say a driver is on his way and always showing up on time, They always answering my calls to let me know the status of a cab (They have caller ID and screen their calls). I mean I've never missed a flight because I asked for a cab at a specific time like 3:30 am, 4:15 am and of course their phone just ring one time The company is ran by a bunch of professional people with a lot of integrity and sense of running a good business especially with loyal customers. Oh and by the way... Yellow cab ALWAYS l and say their credit card machine does not work I have had an issue with yellow cab before, yellow cab even had once made me to go the ATM to get cash. They are so rude to you simply because you don't have cash and will straight up ignore your business if you aren't paying cash. The company says that all drivers are supposed to take credit card but when you ask one of them, they make up excuses like &quot

We had a nightmare with yellow cab company, never showed up twice we missed our flight 1 time and we were about to miss the second time!!!! Horrible, until we North Austin Taxi got recommended to us by a yellow cab driver actually we used them 3 times so far, hey let me tell ya, amazing customer service and service always on time they even have wake up call when you need to go to the airport, thanks Shannon you are amazing!!!

John was our limousine driver ...
John was our Taxicab driver from the Georgetown airport to the Port of Marina lake travis . John was there waiting on use both coming and going. I would definitely recommend this taxi service to anyone traveling with a small group.John was a very nice person and a very cautious driver. North Austin Taxi Service car was very nice and it was clean. Overall the service we received form John as our driver was excellent......Richard....Memphis Tennessee

Worst Taxi Service in Austin!
Worst Taxi Service in Austin! Don't waste your time with this company. They are not up front about granting their online reservation discounts. They showed up the night before to pick me up. The next night they picked me up at the requested drop off time making me 45 minutes late to my engagement. On the return trip back the driver told me it would take him thirty minutes to pick me up after calling him and he finally showed up an hour and half later. I gave up after an hour after waiting outside in near freezing weather at 1am in the morning and took a Yellow Cab home instead which took them less than ten minutes to pick me up. I then emailed Joshua the Online Department Manager about my concerns and he basically told me I should have waited for the cab and not take a competing cab home even when my driver did not answer my three attempts asking for an updated ETA. Joshua denied my request for a refund to make the situation right and encouraged me to write the negative reviews. Joshua even went as far as providing me the links of all major review services and he did it with a very negative tone in his communication. So here I am.
I wanted to warn everyone about this company as their customer service is terrible and all they care about is collecting their fares and they could care less about following instructions and being professional.
Stick with the pros and go with Yellow Cab as they are much bigger and far more professional.
