We just bought a "fixer upper" right down the street from these guys and needed to purchase some nice bushes for the back yard. We thought we would give them a try. Well we found the perfect bushes and the guy helping us told us that for the size of our yard (we gave him measurements) we would need 12 bushes and that they were $42 a piece. While my husband helped him load them in the truck I went inside to pay for them. Turns out they were $83 a piece since I did not own a landscaping company. I went ahead and paid since they were already being loaded in our vehicle. When I got home I got on line and learned how far apart these bushes needed to be planted and what the guy told me was wrong! I only needed 8 bushes. The following Monday I took back the ones that I did not need and they told me they would take them only if I paid a 20% restocking fee. I begged and pleaded but they would not give in. I was very mad and let them know it and as I was walking out the door one of the girls at the counter had the nerve to sarcastically say really loud "Have a wonderful day!" then I heard them laugh about it. Rude.
