Overall
Tender Loving Care

I have been receiving acupuncture treatments from Beth for nearly 20 years and I can honestly say that she is the kindest, gentlest healer and person I have ever had the good fortune of meeting. It is her natural intuition and incredible bedside manner combined with her deep knowledge of Chinese medicine that have kept me going to her for so many years.

She seems to just inherently know what is going on with me, but also does her routine of actual diagnostics each time I visit, so that she can tailor my session to exactly what I need at the time. She has handled many ailments of mine, both chronic and acute throughout the time I have seen her, and is always so very observant and listens to what I say, takes notes and actually pays attention to me, unlike some regular doctors' office visits.

So if you are looking for someone who is kind, compassionate and really going to take into consideration what you are relaying to them, you need go no further, because Beth will be there for you and most importantly, heal you.

Overall
5 Stars!

Beth has tirelessly walked with me on my journey of healing for almost two decades.

Through many years of suffering with chronic asthma, I was hopeful when she announced to me one day that our goal would be to get me to be able to eat anything without wheezing. It has been four years since I had an asthma attack. Prior to this time, I suffered from it for 26 years.

I no longer carry an inhaler or use any medicine for asthma. I have traveled to cities where you can actually SEE the air, and to the desert where the air is filled with sand to test out my newly functioning longs. I haven't had asthma in any of these places.

I'm convinced that it was a combination of modalities that healed me, and acupuncture is high on that list.

Beth also treated me for several dance related injuries, back and arm pain from doing massage therapy on other people, and she has been a trusted counselor to me.

She also practices esoteric acupuncture treatments, for which there are many guidebooks, and it takes an especially tuned in person to be able to perform these treatments with such skill and wisdom.

As an expressive, artistic person myself, I have deeply enjoyed the esoteric treatments as much or more than the regular ones.

No matter what the treatment has been, for me, Beth has demonstrated how you have to have a mix of compassion, skill, and love to be able to have longevity in a healing practice such as acupuncture.

After listening to me for many years complain about feeling so alone, she said to me one day "It is part of the human condition to feel alone, Natalie. You are not alone. Everybody feels this at one time or another."

I CAN tell you that when she is working with me, I only feel loved, and that improvement is on the horizon, and when I walk out of her office after a treatment, I feel balanced, energetic, and grateful for the moment.

That alone tells me what a fine healer she is.

Overall
Talented, Intuitive Care

Over the years I have seen a number of acupuncturist in Austin, but I keep coming back to see Beth. She has a deep base of knowledge in Chinese medicine combined with strong healing intuition and a very caring personality.

I go to see her ever two weeks just to manage my stress and keep me in balance. When I'm there Beth does whatever it takes to help me get the most of my appointment. She's offered tuning forks, aromatherapy, flower essence and more for free when she thinks that they may help the effectiveness of the treatment.

Nobody I've seen takes as much care to make me comfortable and relaxed as Beth does. She offers Cadilliac care at Toyota prices.
