Yummy! What is in your baked treats?

I love this little bakery. Very close to a coffeeshop I frequent, a great place for kolaches, ""California"" cinnamon rolls, and assorted baked goods for the office. I'm not sure what they are putting in their baked goods. Maybe the flour is superfine baking flour or the sugar is delectably sweet, but I just love this little place. It puts a sweet happy spot in my day!
