        Ken & Brian know Macs like nob...

        Ken & Brian know Macs like nobody else could hope to match. In my own experience, they have always been eager to offer troubleshooting assistance over the phone, have always had great deals on any Mac product, have been flawless in taking care of my two Macs. They absolutely bend over backwards to make sure you leave their place a happier person. It would be bad of me if I didn't mention Ken and Brian's secret weapon and Director of Community Relations . . . Pebbles. A sweet little pup with the sweetest face and very friendly demeanor who will win your heart - even if you don't have a heart.
