Once in the chair, there were absolutely no add ons or scare tactics. I actually only paid for the exam! Since I had not been to the dentist in a year and a half, I had quite a bit of gum irritation which required some scaling by Melissa, the hygienist. I had to have the same procedure done by a dentist in Fort Lauderdale, and they charged me an additional $800! There was no extra fee from Dr, Keith's office. The hygienist was so patient and thorough, and even took the time to show me how to floss more effectively so I would have less gum irritation in the future. Dr. Keith is so relaxed and patient, and also took time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed.

Like so many of us, I'm always terrified to go to the dentist. I'm not really so bothered by the drills or cavities, but feel that most dentists are some of the best con artists out there. Dr. Keith and his staff offered such a different experience than what I'm used to with dentists. Upon letting them know that I did not have dental insurance, the receptionist let me know that they had recently run a coupon in a local magazine offering a free cleaning with examination. She was happy to apply the coupon to my visit, which saved me over $100.

I too have been with Dr. Keith for years-- actually since he began practicing dentistry. He is an artist, who takes great pride in his work; he has an easy-going, compassionate chair-side presence; is professional, thorough, and inspires confidence in his work. All of the office staff are SUPERB. This includes Office Manager, Alma; Assistant Kelly; and RDH Melissa Acker, who always feels and treats her clients more like a friend (though of course professional and appropriate). I have resisted my insurer's attempts to put me with other dentists. I would much rather pay more out of pocket to be with Dr. Keith and his fine staff in this EXCELLENT practice!

I am a new patient of Dr. Keith's and I have to tell you that he is AWESOME!! It's very rare that you find a doctor that will actually call a patient - not his nurse or assistant, him!! The entire team at his office is phenomenal. Dr Keith will spend the time to explain exactly what needs to be done and go over options with you. His assistant Kelly ROCKS, so friendly and fun!!! Alma and Pamela at the front desk are fabulous and Melissa the dental technician is so sweet and patient when she's cleaning your teeth!! BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!!!
