I have been with Karen since 1985 and she, as well as her staff, have been wonderful. They answer my questions politely and process my claims quickly. After 27 years I am knowedgeable about her and her practices and I find her to be courteous and professional. Keep up the good work!

My husband and I have our homeowner, car, and life insurance policies through this office. Lynell and Debbie offer exceptional customer service! I have always been able to call or email either one of them and have my questions addressed the same day. They are always prompt, patient and friendly when responding to my requests. Lynell has offered me good deals and great advice on policies, is knowledgeable about their products, and never pressures me to buy products or make decisions. When I needed cash for the down payment on my first home, I went to Lynell and she cut me a check for the cash value of my life insurance policy - it was quick, easy, and hassle-free. I haven't made any claims to my insurance, so I can't testify as to how well State Farm handles that process, but I can definitely say that my experiences with this office earn 5 stars.
