  Good luck!! That's all I can say to anyone looking lease an apartment here. I don't mean to say that the demand for leasing is so great that there is low vacancy. Living at the Ions you will experience as series of staff mishaps; lost packages, allegations of late rent (despite having paid), lack of direction or information for residents.
  
  If you're looking for low budget apartments, there are much better deals at the very same price in surrounding neighborhoods, I say you give all those options a chance before even considering such a thing.

  I was lving here before it became Ion at…

  I was lving here before it became Ion at East End and when the new managment took over there was a big change. The staff was alot more helpful and reliable and the maintnence staff took care of all my apartment issues very quickley. I love the new amenities they brought with them such as the 24 hour gym and the fire pit. I definetly recommend this place to any students looking for an affordable apartment.

  Please do not sign a lease here. The management tries to rip you off every opportunity they can get. Here's an example: they never clearly defined the parking system, so one of my friends was towed in the middle of the night because he was not parked in "visitor parking". This would be understandable if they defined what "visitor parking" was and if parking was an issue, but less than half of the parking spaces are used at a single time. they allow tow trucks to come in and tow away any car that isn't parked exactly correct. they claim that they dont get a cut of the tow company's fees. I call BS. also, ive called in a leak in my bathroom 3 times and it hasn't been fixed yet and has grown mold. the appliances are terrible (the dryer takes 2 cycles to dry cloths). i could name so much more but i want to simply ask you to not sign a lease here and to not give them your business. i know its tempting because of how cheap it is, but this management is as low as dirt and should not get paid a single dollar for what they do.
