My Chevrolet Traverse was hit on top of the roof area on the right top. I took it to Henna Chevrolet and I was met with nothing but professional reponsible, kind and understanding personnel. Mike, the manager and Gabrelle the service man. They explained how it was going to be fixed, how long it would take and an estimate of how much it would cost. It was finished in due time and with quality work. My wife and I are are very well pleased with the service provided and we will recommend Henna Chevrolet to all my relatives and friends. Thanks Again for repaing my Traverse.

I originally came in with my (2005 Chev Cobalt) 5/23 had some kocking lifters in the engine. Well, to find out it was going to be more then the car was worth to fix. So, I asked Felix to call Joe Cortez from Used Cars. Felix in service was fantastic, very good man excellant customer service. Well, Joe showed me a 2007 Chev HHR, I was in a crunch so had to purchase this vehile. But, he should have gone 50/50 with me at service when there as a bill remaining. The service bill was $380., he only took $30.off the bill he should have helped with a minunm of 50% of the service bill. Being I was going thru the trouble of buying one more used car, from the same dealer that sold me the 2005 Chev Cobalt-that the engine blew up.? I just didnt undertand, why he couldnt have helped on the Service bill. Paying the servie chrage of $380. or going 50/50 with me. After, all I have bought 5 or 6 cars from Henna in history.
Your man in finance (JEFF) in used cars, needs to slow down when talking th customer. I always, felt like was trying to rush me out the door with the transaction. He needs to smile and act like he cares fo the customer.

Joe Cortez helped me. He greeted me promptly as soon as I arrived. He was very professional and courteous. He quickly found a truck that matched what I was looking for at the price I was looking for, without being pushy. The personal customer service Joe provided is exactly what should be expected.
Came in for a recall fix. I was told on the phone it would only take 30 or 40 minutes. Turns out it took LESS than that! As always everyone was very helpful. Job well done.

What I enjoyed most about my sales experience was the lack of high pressure tactics I've experienced elsewhere. My salesperson was content to let me drive the process and answer all my questions over multiple days. I felt like I was talking to a friend that was knowledgeable about the vehicle while I was making a decision; rather than a salesperson that needed to make a sale on the first day I went in trying to force a decision.
Craig is a great salesman, he did all that he could to get me into my new car fast & within budget. Mitchell in finance is just as awesome. I spoke briefly with Craig who was also very welcoming & professional. My experience with the Henna sales team was far better than any other dealership. I've already recommended Henna to friends & coworkers.

I bought my chevy truck from henna chevrolet back in 1999 and i have been bringing it to the express service center for the 3000 mile/3 month routine maintenance as well as all the other suggested maintenance intervals ever since. Alvin is always there to greet me and after minimal wait, i'm back on the road. even though i live closer to another chevrolet dealership, i always drive the extra miles to henna because the service center there is very well organized and efficient. william johnson
