I've been eating here for seven years. I guess I'm a regular. It is a family-owned place, and the younger generation handle public contact. They are hard-working, and completely approachable. Some of the waitstaff have limited English skills. I guess some folks have a problem with that. Get over it. It is part of the charm.
The food is MUCH better than average Chinese buffet fare. It is fresh, small-batch prepared, and has flavor. Most of the giant buffets' food all tastes the same, it just comes in a different form.
The hot and sour soup is a bit oily, true, but very flavorful. I've introduced a dozen or so people over the years, and half of them are regulars now, too.
