Debi's Bridal

I started my horrible experience with this company by ordering my tux plus an additional three tuxes for my groomsman. The tuxes came in about a week later and my groomsman and I all went in and tried them on. Not one of the tux sets fit correctly, there was not one person that walked out of the store that day with everything right. Between the sleeves being too short to wear, the necks being too tight, missing cuff links and the zipper on my pants not able to zip up correctly. EVERYTHING was wrong. Jay who happens to own this Debi's Bridal only response to our concerns was "its a rental, thats the way its supposed to be..." Jay repeated this statement so much it became the joke of the weekend... "ohh its a rental, thats how its supposed to be." After an hour of piecing together everything that was wrong I was told that we would have to come back the next day (the day before my wedding) to pick up the fixed tux wear. With limited time the next day because of the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, we had to run in and just grab the tuxes after being assured by Jay (the owner) that everything was perfect. Day of the wedding, the sleeves were still entirely too short and there were still missing cufflinks... Needless to say I was extremely upset and was certain I would never do business with this company again. The experience came to a real climax after returning the suits I get a call back a week later informing me that I did not return my shoes... which were returned and that I would be charged for them. After explaining that the shoes were returned he asked me if I was calling him and his employees liars... thus implying that since I said that the shoes were returned that I was the liar... I can honestly say that for something as simple as renting tuxes for a wedding, this was the WORST experience that I have ever had with anything remotely like this. I strongly recommend that you stay as far away from this place as possible... they arent even the cheapest place to rent a tux from.
