Burger Tex

This was the first Burger Tex I ever went to because it was closest to my house. It didn't look like they would have very appetizing burgers from the outside, but looks can be deceiving.



I love that their burgers are made fresh to order. I think they put a little seasoned salt on them or something too, because the meat is always very flavorful. My favorite part is the build your own burger bar. Besides the normal burger dressings, they also have pico de gallo which I absolutely love! I always put huge spoonsful of it on the side since I can't fit it all on the burger. They also toast their buns which make them nice a soft on the outside but toasty and buttery on the inside.



The cooks are always friendly and the owner (?) is always nice and remembers you if you go there with any small frequency.

Good burgers made to order. The price has been slowly increasing over the years. It's a pretty good cost if you can split a larger burger with a friend. Be sure to use lots of toppings.
