Blackmon Mooring Austin

I had a large fire. My insurance company recommended Blackmon Mooring. I would rather have done the work myself. The people cleaning the insulation and ceilings threw away everything they encountered, to include money and things not damaged at all. then packers moved from one room to another without finishing anything. they put dirty ashtrays in boxes then threw away perfectly good belongings. I found them digging through jewelry on my dresser so intently that they didn't even notice me standing 3 feet away for more than 30 seconds. They packed up rooms they were explicitly told not to go into. We had several folks claim they didn't speak English yet one also claimed to be a veteran. You don't get to be a Military veteran without speaking English. Some of my belongings that were perfectly fine before they showed up were totally ruined by their carelessness. Now, a month after I fired the crew, I have discovered that credit cards were stole from my bedroom while they were in my home.

I had a pipe bust from one of the bathrooms.It flooded the whole house.My insurance got a hold of Blackmon Mooring to come clean it all up.What a crock.They were unprofessional and clumsy.In the process of removing carpeting out of one of the bedrooms they scratched my walls and put a scratch on a dresser.Then they didn't sweep up non of the dust left from the carpeting they removed.So when they put their noisy fans in place.They blew that stuff all over the place.I had to deal with that noise and discomfort for 5 days.When I heard from neighbors who went through the same process only had to deal with fans and de humidifiers for only 3 days from Blackmon Moorings competition.And their house flood was a lot worse than mine.Their salesman promised a lot and it was all lies.I will never use you idiots again.I hope nobody has to deal with your incompetence.

We called out Blackmon Mooring at 2am when our supply line to our toilet busted. The entire bottom floor of our home was flooded. The crew and project manager responded within an hour. The pm and crew came up with a game plan and the crew went right to work. My husband was skeptical but after seeing them in action he knew we had made the right choice. I know you hear a lot of horror stories but I can tell you that Blackmon Mooring was surely not one of them. They cleaned up after themselves and made a unbearable situation bearable. I appreciate a company with a great staff and Blackmon Mooring surely has that.

I phoned my insurance company the next morning and they informed me that we had made a great choice by calling them. The pm returned to walk the site with my adjuster. The two of them came up with a game plan that was completed within 2 days. Upon completion I received a dry down log and certificate. This will surely be nice when we go to sell our home. Thank you for the great service Blackmon Mooring!!

One night I woke up in the middle of the night and found that my floors were wet from a busted water line to my refrigerator.So my insurance company USAA told me to call Blackmon Mooring.They came out and did the work.They cut the carpeting out and took all the baseboards off that were supposedly wet.In that process they damaged my walls by not cutting the cocking on it right.Then they left a mess from they removed.They left my furniture on the wet concrete which resulted in my wood book shelf to start bowing up after a couple of days.They didn't spray anything on the floors like they told me they gonna do.The fans and de humidifiers that were about pieces of junk.They were putting fans in places that weren't even wet.And some of those fans were making extremely loud noises I guess for the propeller inside the fan was rubbing on the outer part of it.It was very annoying and a deprivation to my sleep.The de humidifiers caused another water leak because the workers set this rubber hose over some tack strip.They didn't respond to my phone calls or anything.Especially that idiot sales rep who promised me the best possible outcome to this situation.That was my experience with these people and I hope to never see Blackmon Mooring again.

I had Blackmon Mooring out to clean the tile and carpets in my house one day.And to say the least I wasn't impressed.I had urine stains on my carpet from my two dogs.And when I had K&M carpet cleaners they cleaned them up pretty good.Blackmon Mooring couldn't get the stains out or take away the urine smell.Then they cleaned my tile and grout and it looked the same as it did before they flooded all my tile with an excessive amount of water.Thanks for nothing Blackmon Mooring.You guys are the best at ripping people off.

Don't ever use Blackmon Mooring to clean you upholstery.I had them clean my sofa and loveseat and they messed them up.I found tears that weren't even there.Non of the stains I was concerned about came out.They steam cleaned it when I found out from the Factory maker of that furniture that it was supposed to be dry cleaned.The workers who did it were messy.They made my house messier then what it was.And they didn't even do all the cushions and pillows.It was a half assed job by a half assed company.And from the other reviews I read they can't even do anything else right.Do everyone a favor and move your company to Alaska Blackmon Mooring.

Here are some reasons not to use Blackmon Mooring.They do not clean Air Ducts properly.Check your vents after they clean it.I guarantee they missed a couple on purpose.Especially in the bathrooms.Don't let them clean your carpets.They can't get most spots that other companies can.They can't get up urine stains because they never get the chemical.They salesman well tell you the world.But they lie.They put too much equipment for waterlosses.They are just milking the insurance companies and I don't know how they don't catch on to that.Don't buy scotchguard from them.They water it down to the point that they are just spraying water on it.Don't get your drapes cleaned because they never carry dry cleaning solvent.So they will spray something else on there that makes it smell good.But not clean it.And the EPA certified spray they use is not even for Air Ducts.They are too cheap to buy the right chemical.So if you want a company that is about illusions then hire Blackmon Mooring.If you want something better call someone else.

I had a fire at my house and my insurance company called Blackmon Mooring.So they sent a cleaning crew to clean my house.All the ladies were nice except their supervisor with the messed up teeth.I forgot her name but maybe she should take up a dental plan.The house was not cleaned right.It was a horrible job done by them.I should have called Molly Maids because there was still soot on my items and walls.Then the crew they sent to clean my Air Ducts were a bunch of winners too.My air ducts still had soot in them.So did my a/c unit.I don't know what they did.Plus they were a bunch goofy idiots.I question their sexuality too.Including there bozo supervisor.Don't remember his name but he studders way too much.And I think he is a liar.He would not hold his crew accountable for their actions or should I say lack of actions.I would recommend any other company except Blackmon Mooring anytime.

I had Blackmon Mooring at my house to clean some air ducts.They told me that my air ducts would be almost brand new when they finish.They were also supposed to clean the air conditioner unit to.To my suprise all my air ducts were still dusty.They didn't even clean the Air Conditioning unit good enough.After they left I turned on the Air Conditioner and dust flew out of all my vents.I paid almost four hundred dollars for below standard work.Not to mention they didn't even spray the chemical they were supposed to spray at the end of the cleaning.I do not recommend them for anything.They need something drastic to happen to that company to look good in my eyes again.I spread the word to all my friends and family.I hope whoever reads this review does it too.Blackmon Mooring is a bunch of crooks.
