DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

This is not a good place to have work done IMO. I recently went into the store in (NOV 2012) and brought them a chain that needed a master link. The first indication should have been the condisending attitude they had toward not just me but another gentleman that was there looking to buy a bike. I was quoted a price on a chain master link and then called after leaving to let me know they weren't sure if it would work and I needed to remeasure. I had zip tied the thing where it needed to be cut yet they couldn't figure it out!!! They asked me to come by and pay for the new link and labor but go match it up at home and then bring it back for the final work to be preformed. 20 min drive one way... I agreed and came to pick up the cut chain. Now the price was double the quote and I questioned them. I was about to suck it up and just pay (handing over a credit card) but then the guy who I had been dealing with at the end of the counter started shouting insults and calling me names...telling me I took up too much of his time (7-10 whole minutes total time in store inc. checking on some bearings I needed). I was blown away!!! I then said "Hey hold off on that card I think I better go somewhere else if this is how you treat customers". The insult guy then lunged from the end of the counter and grabbed the chain from my hands and wrestled it across the counter ...caveman style...saying he was keeping it or riviting the now cut chain back together (apparently to make things hard on me). I told him to return my part and it was no wonder people weren't lining up at the store both times I had been in. I got my chain after another employee (older guy...maybe owner) realized their mistake and the escalation wasn't warranted. I will never return and hope others learn from my experience. This is one place you shouldn't shop. They quote low and charge HIGH and try to stick it to you plus insult you on top of it. AVOID BILL KASSON YAMAHA.
