I am sorry that you feel that way, the only services we provided for you were the rug washing and the delivery of the rug to your storage room. We also custom cut a pad for your rug by your husband's request, which you wanted to return after cutting, and when pads are custom cut for the rug's specific size, they can not be returned. For your request after you selected a few rugs to see in your home, we brought them to your home and you didn't like any of them, so we took them back to our store. We guarantee our prices for the quality we show to our customers. An 8 x 10 rug could be priced anywhere from a few hundred dollars to more than tens of thousands of dollars depending on the quality of the rug. We always try our best to treat all of our customers with the highest respect and the best quality services. That's why we are still in business and growing every day even though we had moved from Austin to Southlake, Texas, and we still have many of our previous customers in Austin supporting us along with our current DFW clients and still provide a shuttle service to and from Austin and Southlake.
