There were some warranty issues with the roof within a 1 year total home warranty. The scheduled with me to come out and address the problems on Tuesday and never showed up. When I contacted them they apologized and rescheduled for Friday. They never showed on Friday and after I called them they said it was because they had leaks they had to fix elsewhere and would come out Monday. It is now Monday and they've no showed again. They have now no showed on me 3 times. Each time I've had to take off work to be here for them to fix my roof. These people are horrible, unreliable and do not stand behind their work.



DO NOT use Barker Roofing. It seems they are too busy trying to chase new work to take care of warranty issues. Clearly they do not stand behind their work.

Had a few roof leaks after my new roof, was in contact with Barker, Kieth Barker handled the roof leaks and cut me a check to have the inside fixed. Thank you for yal cooperation in this matter. Would recommend this company for further usage.

Do yourself a favor and investigate carefully. Had work done as sub-contractor for remodel last fall. GAF roofing product is fine, wish we would have had another installer. Site supervisor made a comment to customer that "I WIN!" during discussion of ridge vents. Same day that crew was here, some 70-80 limes disappeared from our trees. Every fruit was stripped off of the trees, nothing left. No one asked if they could have some. Just basic thievery by members of the install crew I suppose. Did not bother saying anything to company, as per self admission by Rebecca Barker, she/ the office does not communicate with their crews. Customer service on day of install and associated work leaves much to be desired.
