Avis Rent A Car

I've never rented before and the friendly service I received there was great, I felt that customer service still exists. I requested a particular vehicle even though I was not promised the vehicle they were able to accommodate me and my family. When I returned the process was very simple the cost was exactly what I was told. I would recommend this location if your looking for a rental.

This was the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. First we were promised a large suv Which turned out to be unavailable when it came time to pick it up. (Not sure the term "reservation" means anything to them.) The vehicle we got was smaller than we needed and it turned what could have been a great vacation into a nightmare. We couldn't fit all our luggage and couldn't bring back christmas presents which had to be FedExed back. We had to drive in the snow without four wheel drive like we were promised months in advance. Throughout this time, we're being quoted ever-changing prices. When we finally arrived home after a 14 hour, cramped and miserable drive, we were surprised to learn the car had to be back at 12 the next day, after we had been told it could be brought back anytime by the end of the day, roughly 7 hours after we arrived home. AND THE PRICE CHANGED YET AGAIN WHEN WE WENT TO PAY!! I will never rent from Avis again. EVER!!!!!!!!!!
