  I called there talked with someone named…

  I called there talked with someone named steph. Very rude did not take any time to help. Could not wait to get off the phone. When asking him some major questions he told me i asked to many of them. Ans then just hung up on me. I would not buy from them even if silver was 1.00 per oz. if steph does not like his job he should quit. i will never ever buy or call them again.

  Friendly salesman and great prices

  I am very pleased. I was kept well informed about the progress of my order, via, email. I was assigned a personal contact within Gold Information Network, who I could call with any questions. The items I received were exactly what I had seen on their web page.
