Arboretum Vision Care

I just an eye exam with Arboretum Vision Care for the first time and it was a great experience! The staff was polite and cheerful, even though I was a walk-in, and spent time explaining my insurance benefits to me (Thank you for your patience!). Dr. Kennedy was very kind and the exam was thorough and professional. She offered me several options and then helped me get contact lenses, which I’ve always avoided in the past. I was pleased to see they had an optical with frames in all price ranges. The gentleman helping me caught on to my taste quickly and steered me towards frames that I loved! I have never enjoyed buying glasses in the past, but their staff made it fun. The prices were straightforward, easy to understand and I never felt pressured to get “upgrades” on my lenses. I’m going back for sunglasses soon. I’ve definitely found a new optometrist!

The staff and Doctors are very professional. They explained information about my insurance benefits. They also found coverage that benefited me better that I didn't even know I had. I had my annual exam with them, I have always been a very difficult patient because I have never been able to get out of what the Doctors call "old technology" contact lens, but they are very patient and willing to work with me to try other options. This year I choose to get glasses after a huge prescription change and not having updated them in 5 years plus. The Optical staff were very helpful and honest. I have been very happy with my new glasses and very thankful that I got them. I had to return to the office about a month ago due to some medical eye issues that the doctors were able to monitor for me. I felt more comfortable with them knowing that they can see my eyes with all the fancy equipment they have.
