Arbor Dental Associates

My wife went to see Arbor Dental Associates for filling and they did awful job, and we were not satisfy with work at all, because she was in pain for couple of weeks after the filling, and my wife she called back in and she told them that the filling is bothering her and hurting, they said okay come back we're going check it again, and she went back they told her you need to wait for couple of more weeks. and then you will feel better, and they charge her again for the mistake that they made, or with out explianing any thing to her about extra charges. I feel like they stole my hard earning Money, so the point I want to make here is that don't loos your hard earning Money to same one not to do his job professionally. I would give Arbor Dental Associates zero start, and that what he desorve for his unfinished Job.

I am traveling and am forced to visit a local dentist when needed. I visited this place after seeing an ok review and was extremely disappointing. Not only was the customer service at the front very poor, but the service provided was even worse. Dr. Borgman gave me 2 Bonds and that same day one came off. I went back and he repaired it. It hadn't been one full week and both bonds had come off again. I called and requested a refund and event went up there to show them that they had come off yet again the dentist refused to see me. The woman at the front, Fern, was rude to both me and one of my associates.



I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE IF YOU WANT YOUR WORK TO BE CORRECT OR LAST!!!!



I spent $246 on these bonds which are now nowhere to be found after just 4 days. I am filing a complaint with the BBB too!

I went to Arbor because they were on my insurance's website as a provider. The dentist was very friendly. That is where the good service stopped.



I told the dentist that I used to have an occlusal guard but I never liked it and I don't have it any more and when he asked if I would like a new one, I said no. Some how he heard, "I need a new guard" and I received countless letters from my insurance company quoteing me for the guard and they were CHARGED by arbor dental for it even though I never received it! Everytime I called to get it corrected the office manager has NO customer service skills. She told me to "quit worrying." My insurance was billed $600 for something I never received but I should quit worrying?



On top of that they overcharge for basic exam and basic fillings. When my insurance wrote to say they would not cover the amount arbor was trying to charge, I called the same dreaded office manager who told me "Don't worry, we write off the difference so you don't have to worry about it." I just received a bill in the mail from Arbor for the difference! When I called her again she said, "you have to pay what your insurance wouldn't." When I reminded her what she had told not a week before, she said I must have been mistaken.



Save your money and your frustration! Go elsewhere!!
