Ame's Cleaning

We've been using this service for about 2 or 2 years, and the quality is declining. They don't effectively clean all the things they say they do, and there have been several items lost and broken in the house due to carelessness. Avoid this rather unprofessional service.

I was referred to Ame's Cleaning and was terribly dissapointed with the service. Ame seemed to be distracted and was not able to provide the level of customer service I expected. The crew was late and did not complete the jobs as described per the conversation with Ame. The crew came out a second time and still did not complete. I feel that excuses were made and I have no trust in Ame's word. I expected excellent service especially since I was referred by a long time customer. I received mediocre service at best.
