A & B Tv

It was time to purchase a new TV since my old Panasonic was one its last leg. I decided that since I hadn't bought one in over 10 years it would be wise to do research on them to see what was out there. After spending 4-5 hours at several different large retail stores on of my friends suggested I go see Harlan at A&B. I met with Harlan & explained exactly what I was looking for. He showed me several very good deals on 65" TVs. He then asked if I might want to downsize to a 60" because he had a couple of last years models that he could really give me a deal on. The TV was over the top. A Sharp Aquas Quatron 3D SMART HDTV with all the hook ups you would ever need. Because it was last years model he was able to get me a deal that was $750. less than what I was willingly to spend on a TV that didn't have the features this one had. Harlan listened to what I was looking for, but gave me what I wanted. I was really looking for 65" TV, but he realized from talking to me that I was really wanting a great TV. Thanks Harlan.

These guys are so up to date on all the new technology. I was very impressed with the salesmen there.

My wife and I went to the store, out of 4 guys not one offered to help us/acknowledge that we were there, We heard one employee bad mouthing a customer who had just called, he was making fun and calling the customer an idiot with his co-worker, a day later I called and asked a TV question and was treated like I was annoying, really rude to me, I finally made my purchase at Best Buy even though it cost a tad more, being treated with respect and having my questions answered was worth the extra cost, I will NEVER give AB TV my business and will tell all interested in a TV not to deal with them.
