I can't say enough good things about Sean and his team at S&S. I took my aging Dell desktop computer in when it locked up (Windows Vista sucks, by the way) and Sean ended up spending more time than we thought it would take trying to diagnose the problem. Undeterred by the various issues with my computer, he was able to diagnose the problem (a corrupted operating system) and fix it. He kept me updated the entire time and discussed several options with me along the way. I was worried about the cost given the number of man-hours he and his techs spent trying to figure it out but the final cost was extremely reasonable and was what we had initially discussed even before he knew how long it would take to fix. He backed up my data and stored it in case something was missing. He even followed up with me several days after the repair to make sure everything was okay. Had I taken my system to Best Buy or most other computer repair places I'd be taking out a second mortgage to pay for the repair and I wouldn't feel the overall satisfaction I do knowing the job had been done right. I will take any and all of our computers to Sean for service and/or repair. I highly recommend S&S.

I was headed to another "big box" store when I spotted Eric's place. I took a chance and went in, and I am glad I did. Eric was able to fix my internet startup problem in a few minutes while I stood at the counter talking to him. He explained everything to me and did not treat me like a complete idiot (even though I am somewhat computer illiterate). I took my computer back the next day because I had done something really stupid, and he, once again, fixed it within a few minutes (once again without talking down to me or making me feel like the idiot I knew I was!). Eric is competent, friendly, knowledgeable, and I would give him 10 stars if they were available!!! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their computer!!!
I called yesterday to have my computer repaired, they were fully booked for the day but scheduled me for 1PM today. The technician was here 15 minutes early (even had to wait on me to get back from the store!). The technician was very friendly, and patient with me. Needless to say, in about 45 minutes he was able to identify the issue (my printer was not printing), and resolve it! Turns out I had two issues, the drivers were not installing correctly from the HP disk, and I had a bad USB cable. I highly recommend these guys, and told all of my friends about them. They are professional, and highly affordable. I will be their customer for life!
