So excited to discover Simply Pho House in Marble Falls! However I'm also a little wary of getting too attached to really good restaurants in Marble Falls (and hill country) because for some reason they rarely seem to get enough business to stay. Why? Not sure, although there don't seem to be any shortages of fast food joints, bbq and Mexican restaurants. So that may be a hint.... Simply Pho is truly special and a boost for ethnic cuisine choices in the area. I'm hoping the increasing number of enduring and very good Thai restaurants in the area bode well for Simply Pho's future as well. Healthy, fresh, and oh so savory! I'm partial to their pork on rice vermicelli (mixed with loads of fresh greens and peanuts) and practically swallow the bowl! SOOOOO good! If you haven't tried it, DO. And if you are as enthusiastic as I am I hope you will be a regular customer (as I am) in order to keep this gem around for a long time to come. Sits on the east side of the road at the bridge in Marble Falls (in an attractive strip center). Very reasonably priced and generous portions. They also have a bar. Nice, comfortable atmosphere. Wifi too! So come hang out.

This place has the best food ever! I go there whenever I am in Austin. Its a family owned restaurant and the staff knows my boyfriend and I and always knows what we are going to order. The food is exceptional and they are open until 1 am, which is also very good. It has a very welcoming atmosphere and casual dining. My boyfriend and I had gone on an asian fod craze and we had been to pretty much every asian food restaurant in Austin (where he lives) and in San Antonio( where I lived), but once we tasted their fried rice, we didn't go any further and haven't gone anywhere else since! This is definately a place to check out,, I promise you won't regret it! If you do you should ask for my favorite, B8 and eggrolls! Its fantastic!
I have been eating at this restaurant for approximately 15 years and the food has always been Excellent. However, I think that the dish called Mi Xao Don could be improved by adding Squid, Baby Corn, Snow Peas, Straw Mushrooms, Water Chestnuts, Bamboo Shoots and less Broccoli. I have eaten at 25 plus different Vietnamese restauraunts and this one has the best tasting food, in my openion. This restaurant has mastered the flavor of Vietnamese foods, but, needs to improve on the ingredients on some items.
