I rent frequently for work travel across Texas. As with most Enterprise locations (and rental companies in general), you usually have to wait in line, it seems like there's never enough staff to get you to your car right as you walk in. I only had to wait for about 5 minutes though. I had a very pleasant experience. The only other downside to this location is that the cars are stacked in lanes (since it's housed in the bottom level of a parking deck, they have limited space) so the car at the front of the line usually seems to be the one you get for you respective class. The past few cars that I've gotten have been my favorites (Brand new Mazda 3 and brand new Nissan Maxima) but I could see where this could be a problem if you didn't want the car at the front of the lane. Overall, the staff is always friendly here, the cars seems to be newer with lower milage, and the service is usually prompt. I've only had to wait for extended periods a few times.
March 8, 2010 was the first time I had ever rented from Enterprise, I highly recommend them. As soon as I walked in the door I was acknowledge, and advised someone will be right with me (when they were assistaning another customer). The transition was very smooth. I drove a Nessian for about a week and the engine maintenance light came on, I contacted Enterprise and made them aware of the issue, and one of the gentelmen told me to bring it in and they will give me another rental. When I arrived to exchange cars I was in and out within ten minutes! The vehicle was started and the AC was on, and it was clean on the inside, and I was set to go. On all three counts I visited Enterprise I was on a time cruch and never was I late nor felt rushed by the employee's to get to the next customer. This Enterprise have a great team, professional and reliable.
I have always chosen Enterprise because it is so convenient to be picked up. I live in Manor. This time I was told WE CANNOT PICK YOU UP. I was so disappointed, not to mention no way to get there! I didn't want to drive my own car there and leave it over the weekend! The manager was so rude about it also. Shows me the bottom line is $$$. No customer service. The commercial states we'll pick you up. Any way the young lady who helped me felt so bad, she gave a few amenities. She was very kind. Also when I returned the car the gentlemen who helped me to check out was nice. But then again, I was checking out! It's horrible that a ride is advertised. Manor is stuck out and that sucks! Not sure if I'm going back!Just because of RIDE
