        Rates are great, but their payment software is horrendous. If I have to pay extra to pay bills online at least use that money to make the process less like pulling teeth. Even now I'm trying to input my account number (which is correct) and it's telling me the account wasn't found in the system, and this isn't the first time it's happened. I'd still recommend using ANG, but also recommend them to take some steps to improve the online bill pay. It's the future! Don't get left behind.
