        EPITOME OF COMPLACENCY

        IT APPEARS THAT BECAUSE OF MC DONALDS REIGN AS FAST FOOD KING, THEY DO NOT HAVE TO PROVIDE

        SERVICE THAT APPEALS TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS. ERGO, WHY BOTHER WITH MAINTAINING OUR CUSTOMER

        BASE BECAUSE WE HAVE SO MANY ALREADY AND IF WE LOSE A FEW, WHO CARES. THIS ATTITUDE SEEMS

        TO STEM FROM ONE STORE, OF MANY, IN MY AREA. THE MC DONALDS IN AURORA, MO. IS BY FAR THE

        WORST IN SOUTHWESTERN MO. ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION THEY HAVE, IN DRIVE THROUGH. TAKEN MY

        ORDER WRONG, AND WHEN POINTED OUT TO THEM THEY ARE RELUCTANT TO CORRECT IT. I USED TO GO TO

        THE DRIVE THROUGH ABOUT 6 TIMES A WEEK. THEY USED TO HAVE A SCREEN THAT WOULD TELL YOU WHAT

        THE CASHIER ENTERED AND YOU COULD CORRECT THEM AT THAT POINT. IT APPEARS THAT THIS NO LONGER

        WORKS AND IN MY LAST THREE TRIPS THROUGH I HAD PROBLEMS ALL THREE TIMES AND THE POINT OUT

        THAT IT MUST HAVE BEEN MY MISTAKE. MY MISTAKE WAS GOING BACK AFTER ALL THE ERRORS THAT WERE

        POINTED OUT AS MY FAULT. I GUARANTEE YOU I WILL MAKE NO MORE ERRORS AT THIS LOCATION.
