Because of their honesty, quality work, and knowledge, I'll be coming back next time my car has a problem. Great service, fast, and honest. Came here for a simple A/C system recharge and they found a couple issues and recommended some solutions; they didn't insist on doing the work or push me into making them do the work. They just gave me an explanation of how to fix it.

Another happy camper here with this shops service...I needed exhaust work and made an appointment to show up early Saturday morning. Pulled in the lot - gave the mechanic my keys and was out the door in under an hour. The crew was friendly and from my personal experience with their professionalism...I will recommend them to my friends, family and co-workers.

My 2000 Grand Prix with 72 K miles had started running very rough and the engine light had come on. Meineke diagnosed the problem as a broken valve spring. I was told that GM had a recall campaign on valve springs for that engine and I decided to change all the springs on that particular head. The work was done, the car runs great again and all at a fraction of what the dealer was going to charge. Another thing was they didn't try to sell me service I didn't need, thanks guys

Got home, tried to close my driver window, no response. It was about 4:30 on a Friday. Drove to Meineke (a friend suggested them). I'd never been to them before. I explained the problem, the manager said they could fix it, and gave me a price range. I was not getting paid until Monday, so I didn't have the money to get it repaired, but was distressed because I live in an apartment, and was concerned about leaving my window open for the weekend. The manager suggested I apply for a Meineke charge card. I did, got credit (6 months no interest), plus he gave me a discount on the cost of the repair.



They normally close at 6:00 p.m., but had to stay until about 6:45 to finish the repair. You better believe I'll not only be going back to them again, I'm telling everyone I know about how wonderful they were. Even the gal at the counter engaged me in a conversation, and made it clear it was no problem for them to stay later (they open at 7:00 a.m., but are there early). What a pleasant experience. I can't remember a car repair being so pleasant! Thank you for being human.

Meineke is great! I have been coming here for over 3 years for both my personal and business vehicles and all I can say is I am so thankful to have found them. The staff is always friendly and their pricing is fair! Thank you Ed and staff for always being awesome!

Ed & the staff here made me feel extremely welcomed, comfortable, they encouraged questions, and answered them all. They now have a customer for life.

Great service here. The guy at the front desk, Ed, is always incredibly friendly and helpful. They fixed my brakes for a very reasonable price whereas the other local body shop wanted to replace everything, which was unnecessary, for $700. These guys are direct and will be honest with you. I rarely make appointments and they are always accommodating. I plan on continuing to come here for all of my car troubles!

Great experience! Ed was great, and didn't try to push me into getting services that I didn't need. I even asked that he check a few things, and he told me that they were fine and didn't need to be serviced.
