Good prices, but evasive, wiseacre clerk had extremely disrespectful attitude when asked why pump wouldn't run credit card, more intent on smirking to his friend than assisting customer. I've regularly shopped here, used the same pump, same card with no problem. Not anymore. Will take my business to Thornton's a few hundred feet away.



UPDATE: After speaking with the station manager about 16 hours later, I learned that the disrespectful clerk had been advised by management not to approve any cards through the pump because he was new staff. Fine. Why didn't this kid just tell me that rather than give me an evasive "just because" answer and smirking, leading me to wonder if he might be pulling a credit scam??? Manager said it wouldn't happen again. I hope not. What ever happened to customer service, let alone GOOD customer service???
