Self Defined Fitness

This place is so disgusting! I have no idea if Jocelyn has actually been here because it's completely different from my experience. This place is never clean. They are rude to their customers and will charge your account even with out your approval. Best advice STAY AWAY.

Self defined fitness is looking to be a great gym for the serious lifter or any person looking to get their bodies into shape. Tons of awesom equipment for the experienced and beginner. I hear that they might be coming up with some type of child care and they are very nice and accomadating. Perfect for the close and personalized atmosphere that you don't get from other big chain gyms. I reccommend coming in and checking them out, since they are offering a free 3 day pass!
