        worst experience ever!

        I went in today to get my jeep washed and detailed top package they offered of the sheet the guy showed me $39.99 which was supposed to included full outer body as well as full interior detail. I was told it would be 45 min thinking to my self that sounds about right for the full detail.. I left to get breakfast came back close to 50 min later and they were still done I figured ok they should be done in a few min, 25 min later they still were not done! They had finally called me over when I got in the care they had never even removed the floor mates to vacuum they never vacuumed the seats at all!! And there where stains from the greasy chemical stains on the seats, they had a big build up of cleaning chemicals built up in the corners by the e brake, there was still dirt all over the dash board and doors including the back of the seat, the side step boards has mud still on them as well and the front bumper. When I called over the so called supervisor "young punk kid" I should him the dirt all over the floor and seats and dash as well as the greasy stains from the seats he then asked for the recipient even know the car never removed from the spot they cleaned it from and he began to tell me well this doesn't include full seat cleaning I explain I was asking for them to be shampooed I said it's from the cleaners dirty gloves. He tell the cleaners something in Spanish and walks away and says sorry for the inconvenience. The cleaner comes over sprays who knows what on the seat and whips it off with a first rag. He then takes out the back mate and hits it with the hose of the vacuum and goes over it and then said ok good to go and walks off. I went down the street and re dis everything my self again.... This is the second time this has happened I decided to give them a second shot considering it was a few years ago.... horrible cleaning job and worst customer service from sum punk kid who plays supervisor. ...... do not go hear!!!!
