This is a great store. They have everything you could possibly need for your pets. They have the coolest collars in town and the toy wall rocks with so many choices. I was able to find Stella and Chewys and Natures Variety Raw foods that my dogs eat. The owners are very knowledgeable. I would love for all of you to support this locally owned business as I do.

These folks know their stuff. All natural pet foods, an entire wall of toys and collars that are really cool. The shop has a self serve dog wash that is a private room and all included for just $10. Great place to shop.

Very limited amount of fish with only a two day guarantee. They refused to honor my receipt even though it was within the 2 days and I had the dead fish. They made excuses. Another time, the lady argued prices with me even though it was printed on the tank.

The staff is nice, the store is clean... They moved recently (last year or so) so if you haven't been in a while go check it out... As for the fish they didn't have as much as before but they are in their own area now and is definitely cleaner than it was. They still carry a little of everything which I like, as it keeps the kids and wife occupied while I look at fish and other aquatics. Not really a true fish store but a good little pet shop all the same.

Love Pet Palace!!! Not only do they have wonderful products for sale in the store, but if you have a request they will do everything they can to find it for you.###I love that they take in pets from the animal shelters for adoption.

I have gone to this store for many years. I also go to the vet clinic. The store has everything you can think of for animals. The owners are cordial, I know some of the clerks from repeat visits. They always go out of their way to help, offer to carry large bags of dog food, kitty litter and will order what you need. I highly recommend Pet Palace.

These people go out of their way to make you feel special. They are interested in your pet and the animal's unique needs. They insist on carrying the food to the car for you and will special order any food in order to meet dietary requirements of animals. Nice store too!

I have shopped at Pet Palace for years. I definitely recommend it over Petco or PetSmart. The service is personal. They know me and my dogs. They also know their products very well. In all my years shopping there, I have yet to carry a bag of dog food to my car. Their prices are not any higher than you will find at the big chain stores. They also have a vet if you need veterinary services.
