Jared The Galleria of Jewelry

I special ordered my engagement ring from this Jared and have continued to be disappointed. I special ordered the ring and waited 2 months for the wrong ring to come in. After this was fixed, I financed the ring. After financing was complete, it was only then that I was informed about a charge of $108 setting and sizing. This should have been told to me much earlier in the process instead of waiting until my purchase is complete and the ring is on my finger. I feel this is extremely unethical.



Three months after having the ring, one of the stones fell out. Jared is currently on their fourth chance to correct the ring as it keeps coming back with stones that do not match. This includes Jared sending to their corporate office for an exact match and the ring still coming back incorrect. I have had at least 3 months of not being able to wear the ring while I wait for them to "Try to make it right." I have yet to receive a sincere apology from anyone.



My husband and myself have both spoken to customer service multiple times as well as store management and no one seems to care. In fact, Customer service told my husband it was my fault that the stone fell out. Because the lack of quality in Jared's jewelry has nothing to do with it?



I asked that they do something to make it up to me and they refuse. I would not shop their if you are looking for a business that cares about the customer and has quality products because they seem to have neither.



An engagement ring is supposed to be a symbol of love between two people. It is one of the most special pieces of jewelry I should ever own but instead I feel disapointment when I look at it and think of how Jared has let me down.
