Christian Brothers Automotive Arapahoe Road

I took a car with a blue book value of $1500 and they quoted $2200 to repair! Then they said they could not replace the fluid that had drained so I had to leave the car there, call a taxi and if i wanted it fixed somewhere else have it towed. (I had driven it in) They also said that the radiator cap had exploded and that part would take until the next day to obtain and the car was not drivable. All of this I was told was for my safety.

I insisted they put water in my radiator, put the cap back on and drove home. The next day I drove the car to another mechanic , where for under $400 all repairs were completed. Women beware! (the guy said to me, "i wouldn't allow my wife to drive that car." And as my friend said, "Those must be some really expensive Bibles in the waiting room." So much for Christian ethics. Creepy.
