Regal Augusta Exchange Stadium 20 & IMAX

It's could be better but it's alot better than other movie theaters in been to. Very crowded especially on the weekends.

I like the IMAX digital projection. It provides a nice clear video experience. I haven't had any issues like previous raters, but I don't go that often. I will say, the employees I interacted with seemed a little less than enthusiastic about being there.

Anthony who is a short black man at the front desk sucks. Horrible attitude very sarcastic and did not acknowledge my presence or greet me when I walked up to purchase my tickets. He either needs training or a new job because working with the Ppl and not possessing good customer service isn't for him.

This theater had recently started showing Bollywood movies. They have shown 1st movie Krrish 3 for few weeks and then came Raam-Leela. I and my husband went to see Raam-Leela. Usually Bollywood movies have interval after 1-1.5 hrs. So here came interval. There were 10-11 people in the theater. We all waited for about 25 min but the movie did not start after the interval. So few men went out to customer service and asked them to continue the movie. Finally the movie started but it started way ahead from where it had left off! It was playing my favorite song of the movie that too they started from half off! So I ran out to customer service and told them the issue. The lady told me she cannot do anything abt it as starting from where they left off would ruin next show times. She said she will issue another reentry pass! I didnt wanted to argue and went back. My favorite song was over! Not only that the movie restarted from way further than it had left off before the interval. I could not just weave the story together because solid twist had taken place and scenes/characters totally changed! After the movie was over we went out of theater and few other people started complaining and one of the man said we missed Priyanka's (the actress) item song that's when I realized that I not only missed my favorite song but also Priyanka's song! So I got more pissed off and we we t back to customer service. She issued us a pass but imagine I am never going to go for Raam-leela again just to see the missing part of half an hour to 45 min whAtever I have missed. I did waste my time and excitement of watching the movie! They will never be able to repay me these two things. The lady lied to us that she did not know that there was interval!!!! Who are you kiddin' ? They showed Krrish 3 for few weeks and Raam Leela at 11:45 am so they surely should have known about he intervals as we went for 3:15 pm show!!!! B...y Liars!!! A*****es!!!!!

The movie was good but the place was nasty and dirty will not go back the two dollar theater is better than this place. So disgusting!!!!!!!
