All was great, follow up required to replace a part

Well, I have finally found a different company to use. Mr. Plunkett is a very nice man but the company seems to be running itself at times. We did not receive thorough quality service after having a new unit installed. We stayed with Plunkett for 3 years and were disatissfied with our original issue never being resolved.

Hey, my system had been under another company (not worth mentioning) for years and it cost me more money than the unit was worth just to keep it working, I paid for 2 compressor's on the same unit within 1 yr. my old company couldn't figure it out. I finally called Plunkett Heating and Air Conditioning and they fixed my problem once and for all and even gave me a maintenance plan that services my unit 2 times a year at a really good one price. Saves me time and money! Thanks guys

If you want experience, these guys know there stuff. I had a wiring problem that caused my unit to stop working. The electrician couldn't find the problem, but your technician found it within 15 mins. Now my system works properly. It was well worth the $90 diagnostic fee. Thank you. M. Carlisle, Grovetwn area

These guys are all great. From the first contact to the final installation, everyone was so nice and helpful. The men who came to my house all knew what they were doing and worked with such professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I can not thank them enough for making this a very pleasant experience.

I would not recommend them based on my experience. I had a heat pump that was low on freon and had stopped working because it froze up. The only thing they did was run water on it to defrost it; they did not return the next or any other day to complete the job. They did however send me a bill for doing nothing.
