On multiple occasions the staff were rude degrading n often times looked over me or my wife. Sent my wife in to buy a teton today n ask about n compare a more expensive truck and she was never acknowledged.

Horrible service and a mess of a store. Went in for some RC car parts, etc. I was unsure if the people up front worked there since they basically ignored me. So, tried to find what I was looking for on my own, good luck with that. No organization and no help from whoever was working. Tried asking for guidance and basically was treated like a nuisance as someone vaguely pointed toward a mess of an aisle. Ultimately decided online shopping was easier as the guidance I was hoping for wasn't happening. I want to support local, especially for the service you should receive, but not happening here. Sorry, this place does not deserve your money.

Came in to purchase servo connectors. I felt belittled by management for even asking. A very snobbish attitude there. Needless to say, I left. Will wait and use Ebay for purchase.

Went in to purchase an Axial SCX10 Honcho. Asked if they had it in stock, was told "no." No one offered when they might have another, no one offered to order one for me, nothing. Asked about a few other items & was told "if we have it, it'll be over there." The place is a MESS, so if they're unwilling to help you then your chances of finding what you're after are slim to none. I purchased the body I picked out & I'll be shopping online from now on.

the service and knowledge of this place is awesome. prices not bad. worst thing is the store is jammed packed with stuff making it hard to get around. the reason my friends and i went here was, my friend bought a r/c in kentuky. it wouldnt work,so we came here to get it looded at. the guy looked at it,couldnt get it to work, so he replaced it for us. this is awesome because, our job has us traveling all over the U.S.A. and service like this is rare.
