This is the second time Nathan has tuned my piano - he does a really thorough job and it sounds great! I love that the reminder system not only reminds me in advance of the appointment but also lets me know when he is on the way. So convenient!

I'm very glad to share this review with all piano lovers out there ! Nathan has been a God-send ! Being a demanding classical player, I had been at wit's end wondering if I would ever find a technician who had the enthusiasm, dedication, and knowledge to help me bring my Mason & Hamlin BB up to its true potential. People like Nathan are becoming almost impossible to find these days - someone willing to do whatever is necessary to make an instrument produce all the traditional tonal qualities of a true classical piano. This has become our own little "research & development project". I have waited decades to have an instrument like this, and Nathan has gone "all in" from the beginning. In short, we have replaced the hammers & bass strings with much higher quality ones, and continue to work with the voicing, etc. to get the full range of tonal effects that used to be the norm, but seems to have become almost extinct in today's world. These days, everybody seems be going for an extremely hard, loud, and brassy sound, with very little dynamic range - let alone any tonal variation. - Jeff N.
