Provided by DexKnowsHal was wonderful to work with. One visit to measure and decide on the blinds and one visit to install. Install was under 2 hours for 6 windows. No complaints whatsoever!

Provided by DexKnowsWindow-ology owner, Hal ryerson, is fantastic. I had a couple of bids on my window coverings and his was the lowest price. The blinds are made by Hunter Douglas and he installed them and they look beautiful. Three years later I had a small problem and one of them was stuck halfway down, he came right out and fixed the problem, no charge. I highly recommend his company for all your window blinds.Pat
We have used Window-ology to install all the window coverings in our past two homes. Hal Ryerson is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent service and competitive prices. In fact, his quotes for the same products came in 40% lower than other companies for our current home. He personally follows up whenever we need to have our blinds serviced. We have referred Window-ology to family and friends and they have all been very pleased.

Provided by SuperpagesMy husband and I decided to have Hal Ryerson of Windowology in Auburn WA help us with the window treatments for our entire home in 2002. Hal did an excellent job in working with us to meet our needs both in choosing the right window coverings and considering our budget. The process was simple and timely. Installation was handled very well. Since then, we have been able to call Hal when we have had any questions and recently, in 2009, he was willing to service several pull cords on high-use blinds that had problems. We appreciate his willingness to provide service so many years after we purchased the product. We would recommend his company to anyone wanting high quality window treatments and excellent customer service!
We first used Window-ology when we moved into a new construction house in Renton in 2000 that needed window coverings throughout. They provided us with many options and helped us decide what coverings fit our style and functionality needs best. Six years later, we purchased another new construction home in Issaquah and needed window coverings again througout the entire house. We didn't even consider another company. We wanted Hal to come meet with us again and provide his professional opinion on style and functionality for our new home. We are super happy with the results! The customer service is exceptional. We've been met only with professionalism, honesty, promptness and good ol' down to earth customer service. I definitely recommend Window-ology and hope you give them a call!
We have been so pleased with the service from Window-ology that we have used this company multiple times and have made many referrals to our friends. The owner, Hal Ryerson, has reminded me what the true definition of 'customer service' should be. He made the experience of selecting the appropriate window covers and installation so easy for us. He applied absolutely no pressure on us for sales of higher end products, he worked around our schedule and made a few trips to install the coverings as they arrived rather than holding them all until the long lead items came in. This was very nice since we were in new construction so this gave us some privacy in the interim. Even after 5+ years when I needed a repair, I called Hal to find out who to call for service and true to form, he came out to the house and fixed it himself. At least give him a chance to bid your job and you decide for yourself. You will never regret this phone call!

Quality products, local service, excellent insulation against heat loss [winter] heat gain [summer] Our choices have exceeded our expectations. Hal was here today, seven years after we bought his window coverings, doing a service call. Same guy, prompt, thorough, attentive to details. You will not find a better supplier of quality window coverings, you will be as satisfied as were we.
I'm referring Hal at Window-ology every chance I get. He made purchasing my blinds a very pleasant experience.
