The service team at Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn is exceptional. My most recent experience was with Bob Arnold, but they all make every client interaction productive and efficient. They make me feel like my time is of value to them, and their friendly approach always leads to a pleasant experience. They offer services as needed without being pushy, and they get the job done in the amount of time and price quoted. I will continue to take my car their for quality service every time.
I had my dashboard light up with multiple warning lights, after calling the service department and talking to Mike, he was able to get me in immediately. They ran the diagnostics and thankfully it was just my speedometer that had gone out and not my transmission going, as I had originally thought. <br>Not being able to have it fixed right then, Mike was not pushy and able to work with me to do it when it was convenient for ME. I truly appreciated the attention and personal service they gave to me and my 20 year old Honda! I'll be taking my car back in there this week to have them fix the speedometer and look forward to dealing with them in the future!!
I bought a headlight at an auto parts store to replace my drivers side headlight. But it was too difficult to change out because the car battery and a couple other parts were in the way. I was driving by Hinshaws Honda and decided to stop by the service department to see if they would be able to change it for me. I didn't care what it cost because I needed to have my light changed. When I walked into the service department, I was greeted by Mike. I told him what I needed and he said that he would take a look at it and that he would change it for me himself. He had it changed in no time and he didn't even charge me!! A big thank you to Mike and his great customer service!! I truly appreciate it!
I am always satisfied with the service at Hinshaw's Honda from the time I call and from appointment to appointment. John Matteson, who has been at Hinshaw's forever... is the service advisor that I always deal with, He knows me. He knows my car. I trust him completely with any advice or recommendations he has for my car because he is dependable and honest. The dealership has a friendly atmosphere and it is very clean at all times. I intend to continue my loyalty to Hinshaw's because they take excellent care of me and my car.
I've been brining my car to Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn for years, I'm never disappointed in the service I get. After my oil change my car is always very clean and runs great. They always keep me aware on deals and coupons that help me save money. I won't go anywhere else!

You don't have to be afraid of car salespeople anymore! Becki Waskey really listened to what my family needed and we bought the best car in our price range for our needs. We liked it so much, we bought a second car with her a few weeks later - and I'm looking forward to when my next car purchase can be made, which I used to dread! Thanks to Daniel in finance who answered all my crazy questions (I'm an accountant, and it's really tough to deal with me in financing on anything I'm sure) and was very quick and knew his stuff! I could tell the people who work at Hinshaws really care about your whole experience - after all, every time you get into your car for a while you remember that purchase and it's nice to have a great experience instead of a lousy one. I will buy here again.
