Just had the pleasure of working with Kyle. Showed up right on time, was extremely professional, quick, educated with his work. I had some concerns because it's a nice car and the bumper was off, but Kyle quickly made me feel comfortable by showing how competent he was with his job. I will now always use this towing company! Thanks again to Kyle and the company for a job well done.
I had to have my sons car towed today and the two boys that towed were awesome! They cared about my sons car and tried their best to not damage it and did a great job with coming up with ideas to make it a smooth tow. I dont remember there names..sorry guys.. Thanks Jenny H.
The owner stopped his employee from helping my son get his car from impound with the intention of delaying us until after 3 pm when he can jack the rates up another day. Knowing that the nearest DMV was 5 minutes away and open, he tried leading us to DMVs that were out of town or closed. His attitude was cold and unfriendly. I know this type business makes money from the misfortunes of others but most still try to help you when they can. Take the time to find another company with better customer relation practices and business ethics.

Mr Zimmerman, Im sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. I don't believe that you were told anything to intentionally delay you. I would offer the same advice again as it was honest and to the best of my knowledge. I am sorry if it was incorrect. Per the RCW's of Washington we can only take a state issued ID or drivers license. Either-way the price did not change in the time you were gone and your bill was the same. We do pick up the pieces when things go wrong for people and it is a very expensive business to be in, people typically don't want the service and that is why it perceived badly most of the time. I don't believe you were intentionally misled and I know you were not charged additional because of the lost ID. I was helped today by a man named Steve, who is very tall and bald! Hah(:
Let me tell you, I have never had a bad situation turn out so beautifully. After damaging my car due to faulty chains on Snoqualmie Pass, Steve helped me move my car to an auto body shop for repairs.
He helped me determine what auto body repair shop would best suit my insurance and he also helped me go to the place I bought my chains at and helped me refund my money for the $90 chains!
This man very much went above and beyond. I was not only towed, but helped with other completely unrelated things with my car. Amazing.
If ever again I need a tow, I know who I'll be calling!(:
Picking my two daughters up from daycare in downtown Auburn I locked myself out of my car with the keys still in the car. Auburn Valley Towing showed up within 10 minutes and unlocked my car for me free of charge. I was absolutely blown away and so grateful for their amazing customer service. Thank you Auburn Valley Towing I will always recommend you to anyone who needs Towing services.
