Excellent customer service. Well above and beyond what I would expect from anyone. The service manager Jerry truly went the extra mile. They have earned my business for life.

This is a company that takes care of its customer by providing great quality work and backing the work with great warranty. They do go that extra mile to make and keep the customer coming back.

SO nice, I felt like I could trust them right away. They found exactly what I needed right away, fixed my car in minutes and I didn't want to leave their waiting room filled with leather chairs, free coffee and TVs! But i did and they gave me such a good deal!

I took my car to Auburn Foreign Car when I had issues with my alternator. I'm not at all a car person and they really took care of me and explained everything clearly. Talking to a few friends of mine later who are car people, they said that I got a good deal on the service, too. I highly recommend Auburn Foreign Car.

Even though I drive a Ford, I bring my car to Auburn Foreign Car whenever I have any issues. Before doing any work, they give me a rundown of what is wrong with my car and what may be a problem in the future. On top of quality work and great customer service, they are affordable too.

Auburn Foreign & Domestic Car is the best, most reliable, honest and affordable place to take your vehicle!!! My family and I have been loyal customers since we moved to Auburn in 1995. When we moved here, we wanted to establish a connection with an auto repair shop that could service all of our vehicles. Not only did we find a clean, organized, friendly place, but we have developed friendships with the owners and all the people that work there. There is nothing that they can't fix. They are always looking out for you and the needs and safety of your vehicle, whether now or in the future. They always call with estimates on the repairs and are very accomodating on getting your car in for service within a day or two. One of the little things that drew me to Auburn Foreign Car, was that everytime I brought my car in for service no matter how large or how small, they washed and vacuumed it before I took it home. It's the little things that they do that makes you feel like you and your vehicle are important to them!

My family and I have been loyal customers of Auburn Foreign Car for over 14 years! What more can I say when you have a shop that you can count on over and over again for excellent service!!! They don't treat you like a customer, but as a friend! That's why I believe they have such a huge fan base!!! Greg, Julia and their team are the best at what they do! As a woman, I am cautious about where I take my car for service. Luckily, several years ago, a friend suggested I try Auburn Foreign and Domestic. I am so happy I took his advice and I hope you take mine. These guys are true pros and they never talk down to me. They listen to me and they explain exactly what they are going to do. It is so nice to find a place that I trust, I will never go anywhere else. I could not recommend them higher. Try them out like I did, you will not be disappointed.

This shop deserves 5 stars. This is by far the cleanest and most well kept shop I've seen before. I had absolutely no detachment issues when I dropped off my BMW X3, which I always have problems leaving my car at any other shop. Relationally, this shop creates a trustworthy and ethical atmosphere that is evident in all the employees, including the owner. And mechanically, the people who worked on my car did beyond what I had asked for, and checked up on other parts that weren't even relative and discovered other problems. They gave me options and advice, instead of forced me to buy into their services immediately.

4:30 on Friday afternoon, my truck suddenly started making an ominous “clunking” noise. I called Jerry at Auburn Foreign Car and explained the problem. I didn’t feel safe driving it all weekend, not knowing what was wrong, but I had to work on Saturday. Jerry told me to bring it in and gave me a loaner car, free of charge, for the weekend. On Monday, they diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, but the work couldn’t be completed until Tuesday after I left for work. So, I picked up my truck on Wednesday. In addition to replacing the ball joints, my truck had been washed and vacuumed.



Another time, I took my truck in for a brake job. It was going to take several hours but I didn’t have anyone who could give me a ride. One of the staff at Auburn Foreign Car quickly volunteered. She gave me a ride home and then picked me up again later when the work was complete.



These are just two recent examples of the incredible customer service I have received at Auburn Foreign Car. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and have always been pleased with their service.

There are a lot of good businesses out there, but every once in awhile, you come across a business that provides you with an exceptional experience that you just want to share with the world! That's the type of experience I've had with Auburn Forgien and Domestic.

I was surprised by the quick turn around, how they kept me informed through the entire process and they even cleaned my car which I never expected!

The staff was very friendly and explained in detail the repairs that needed to be done. I recommend this shop whole heartedly.
