General Info

Allen F. Johnson, Ph.D., has been in private practice since 1977. Dr. Johnson counsels children, adolescents, adults both individually and in couples, family and group therapy. Although the majority of persons served are non-disabled, Dr. Johnson has a specialization serving persons with physical/developmental disabilities and their families. Dr. Johnson counsels persons with all types of addictions and their family members focusing on a holistic approach to psycho-social growth and development, including the person's own spirituality. Having adopted a child from Russia, Dr. Johnson is sensitive to pre-adoption and post-adoption issues for the parent, child and entire family system.
