Don't go here… I bought 2 phones from
Don't go here,
I bought 2 phones from Cell Phone Contractor- Manager failed to inform me of new $30 setup fee per phone. Extra $60 that I didn't plan to spend. Failed to backup data from old phones and spent over an hour setting up new phones. Also decided to "discuss" with employee why being late hurt her business while giving me the impression that she was helping me (yah right).
Costco Management- Manager listened to my negative feed back on the Contractor (keep reading it gets better) and agreed that they have had complaints. Manager informed me that I was a valued customer and that he would credit my account $30 for my hassle (yah it gets better). It wasn't $60 but at least he was trying. I gave my card and info to the service desk and felt good about the service. I came back a week later to ask how the $30 would show up. The service desk informed me that all of the work that they had done the week before to setup the credit was actually nothing at all. They had no record of anyting (credit, complaint.....). I asked to talk to the manager again. I got a different manager and he went about it the way it probably should have happened at the beginning but still left a very bad taste in my mouth after the promise of credit. My options: return the phones, call Verizon for credit, or suck it up. I had already called Verizon to no avail and I was getting tired.
I have given Costco plenty of time to make amends to no avail and that is why I am now writing this review. -
The Pharmacy has exceptional customer service!!
I have only used Costco for prescriptions this year. The Commerce Pharmacy has exceptional customer service. I asked them to give me a call when my doctor called a prescription in. They not only called me to tell me it was there, they also called to tell me the doctor did not call yet so I could follow up with the Dr. Amazing service!!
