Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great customer service. Kendra helped me on my visit. She seemed to know everything about the store and what they had to offer. Helped me find exactly what I needed. She is an amazing asset to that store, I hope they know that.

They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. No need to get lost and frustrated in a big box store. True Value always has plenty of staff willing to serve.

Old Fashion Hardware Store
