They were really fast and proffesional about the dental work on my 2 year old son, but after waking my son and seeing he was freaking out the lady seemed very uneasy and was literally rushing us out because I suppose my son screaming and crying in pain was scaring patients waiting nearby. She asked me if we had any concerns or questions and I did... asked if anything happens after we leave should I go to ER or back here? She looked at me like I was retarded and even rolled her eyes at me and to my wife. Very condescending and unprofessional, then she lied to our faces about our son having a prescription and sent us in a hurry out of there with no prescription signed by a doctor for the amount of work he had done he was in pain for hours and is actually still crying while I write this review. I give it only 3 stars for expertise and 2 for professional and that is being nice because the first half was rather pleasant until the end.

They contacted me within an hour of my son Dentist referring us to them. All staff was very professional and friendly. Day of surgery everything went smoothly. The staff walks you through everything and really helps calm your nerves.

I have been trying to get my paperwork done from this last for 2 weeks now. The workers there are horrible. They have no idea what they are doing. I spoke with Veronica twice in a week giving her the same insurance information over again because they don't know what they did with it. Then they claim they didn't get a referral which was faxed over twice. I have been waiting for information about my coverage that should have been done in a day--- it takes one phone call to reach my insurance, I know because I've called and other dental places have called and gotten back to me the same day. Instead I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a call back from the office that i never received. So I called back today and the lady at the desk has no idea. She was looking for my information and said they would call me back tomorrow so get out of the conversation because again they have no idea what they are doing. I am usually very nice about handing services because I understand the difficulties and frustration but this is so unprofessional. I honestly do not even want to seek services here anymore if this is a portrayal of who they are. If you cannot do the job please direct me to someone who can. It is an embarrassment to the profession.

This place was horrible!!! They insisted that my son needed work that he didn't actually need. After I had paid all the money up front that was "best for him" they informed me that he didn't actually need it. They were more concerned with what made them the most money, instead of what was best for my son. In the end, my son was the one who suffered. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy!!! Please don't do this to your children!!

I have an autisic son who won't allow a normal dentist to work on his mouth, so we came here they're great with my son and very informative to me while my son is in there care they let you know what work needs done, what they can do to prevent dental issues later, and what would be the best for him at home I would recomend them to anyone

I took my 21/2 year old who unfortunately had alot of work that needed to be done and the staff and service here was awesome. My lil boy was in and out in a couple hours. and they were so caring and understanding. The scheduling was so fast too. they were able to set his appt for the same week!!!! Definitely would recommend!!!!
