I was nervous when the privately owned property my fiance and I were renting went up for sale. A year later Morgan Property Management was sending us a new lease.



To our pleasant surprise, a year later, they have proven to be not only diligent and professional, but understanding. We've had to put in three maintenance requests so far & they sent someone out the next day to fix it! Our yard is also kept pristine.



The reason I really am writing this review is because we called and told them about an emergency we were having and asked if it was possible to pay the rent a day late. They thanked me for calling them and gave us permission saying they like to grant tenants one late rent if communication is kept open.



Not sure why they were given the 1 star reviews because I've nothing bad to say. Too many people feel mad at their rental managers because, well, they feel disconnected from them. Just call! They are people like the rest of us! I highly recommend them.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! Worst service ever. I never make maintainence requests and the one time I needed my dryer fixed- it's been 5 months and they have done nothing about it.

Cancelled appointments and never called to let me know!! Awful! Awful! Awful! Moved into my apartment and it was filthy and the walls weren't re-painted. Dirty carpets.

I found them to be very efficient and professional!

Staff full of liars made up lies just to keep my security deposit
