I don’t get the chance to go here often, but when I do I really enjoy myself. CineBistro is great. The food is just alright, the drinks are okay and the experience is even better. There’s lots of space and room for legs to stretch out and the seats are relaxing. I do wish the movie selection was better. They also take a while to order you get ready to start the movie. Occasionally, they are still bringing in food as the movie begins and I’d rather have mine before it starts. Sometimes they just don’t offer the films that I want to see. Additionally, the price point is a bit expensive in comparison to a regular movie visit so this place is only for date night or rare girls night. I’ll go back but will definitely eat before hand and just have a drink.

You can't ask for a better place to catch a movie. Actually you could but they seemed to have thought of it already and now offers a VIP movie exper…
I love Village Theater! It is one of the smaller and more intimate comedy theaters in Atlanta, but that's what makes it so great. Awesome comedians (there are a few regulars that are my favorites) and normally a great crowd. It's an improv theater, and they also teach improv classes that anyone can sign up for. You can purchase beer/wine and some snacks in the lobby before the show and at intermission - the alcohol is pretty cheaps, so load up! You can also purchase whole bottles and share with your group which is nice. Easy, free parking behind the theater as well!
Buckhead Backlot, now named Buckhead Fork and Screen, is a great theater to watch a movie. Not only do you get to sit in comfortable lounge chairs, but waiters bring you food, from hamburgers and alcohol to popcorn in a bowl. If you don't have time for dinner and a movie, you can do both at the same time here. And even if you aren't hungry, the comfortable lounge chairs make for a better experience than stiff standard movie theater seats where someone tall in front of you may block part of your view.
