I own a 2002 honda odyssey and had a problem with my transmission,so i called bankhead auto parts for the transmission. They had the transmission for $1000.00 and they also were going to install it for for $500.00,when i took the van over to them Joe the manager asked me what was the problem with the transmission i told him that it was slipping and then he asked did anyone worked on it before i brought it here,i said yes i had tranmission fluid flushed from a shop close to where i live about a week ago.Joe asked me if i can call them and ask what type of transmission fluid did they use,so i called and found out they used dexron III.When Joe heard about that he told me honda uses honda transmission fluid only,so i went to the honda dealer and bought the fluid and BANKHEAD AUTO PARTS flushed it and poured the honda fluid and the problem was solved.I was so glad i came to an honest business establishment, not only they helped me to save alot a money but got a customer forever. I highly recommand BANKHEAD AUTO PARTS.

I've been coming to this Goodyear Tire & Service Center regularly since 2006 when I moved to Georgia and got our first car here. Paul Gimby is the owner, and he has turned out to be one of the very few auto repair professionals I have ever trusted. From my very first experience, he was honest, and even helped me to save more than a few bucks on some repairs. Since then, I have never missed an oil change, and every time my P.O.S. Volkswagen has an issue, Paul and his staff have surpassed my expectations. And my bill is always less than what they quote me (always a bonus!). They are very timely, my oil changes don't take very long, and I can usually bring a book or magazine while I wait. Before I get too comfortable, it's already time to go.
I must say that this dealership is one of a kind. I loved how they renovate the place and it's looking very nice. I came to the dealership last Friday and I have to say that Scott Shepherd is the best salesman that I've ever dealt with. I've bought several new cars, and helped few of my friends as well, so I've dealt with many new car salesman in the past. But I have to say that my experience dealing with Scott is extraordinary. He was not pushy, and he explained all the features of the ATS very well. During the whole test drive, he was very friendly and very casual while professional. For now I am not in the market of a new car, but I definitely consider Cadillac as one of my options now due to my satisfied experience.
