Why can't we give negative stars!.. I was speaking to the lady about ordering and she said,,where do you live? I live a block away... I wanted delivery,, she said, she couldn't find it,,, and then told me she didn't live in the area,,, WHILE she was having a conversation with TWO other people and then they said they didn't have anyone that spoke ENGLISH... UNREAL,,, I'm going to look for another place to go,,, this is TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! GO SOME WHERE ELSE.

One star because they did deliver food. Delivered late, small order, weeknight and I live near by. All could be forgiven if the food was enjoyable. I felt so ripped off by the lack of quality. The chicken wings described as ""best"" were pathetic. Small, dry and overly salty (lemon pepper) or greasy and sopping in mediocre hot sauce (buffalo). To make matters worse the fried rice was just white rice with some soy sauce in it. There were no veges or egg, nothing. Then, vegetables in the main dish were old and bland looking and tasted so awful that as hungry as I was I still didn't eat the main course. A chicken wing was supposed to be included with my dinner but I guess since I ordered chix wings seperately they decided to forgo the wing. I don't usually give bad reviews but this place needs to clean up their act or go out of business. This is a waste of time and money.

I was staying in a nearby hotel and ordered takeout on 2/9/10. Started eating food and found a dead bug in the food container holding the dumplings. Called the restaurant and was told no manager was there. Drove up to get a refund with the box and the bug. manager, tom wong, was there and first told me the bug wasn't even that big!!!!!! then tried to say i was ripping him off, and i had put it there!!! started making aggressive movements and i thought he was a going to attack me. i took the owners information from him and left. owner hasn't had the time to respond, or doesn't care too as of yet. I would never eat at this restaurant again and am still seeking a refund. These guys suck.

First time ordering Wok and Roll. They stated it would be 45 minutes, and arrived way sooner! The food was the best Chinese that I've had in a while in the metro Atlanta area... The soup was great. Definitely will be ordering here again! :-)

This was my first experience with wok and roll and I was left very disappointed. They didn't deliver on time, they gave the driver the wrong address and then my food was cooked horribly with no sauce for a dish that should have a sauce. When we continued to call back to try and get the meal taken off of our bill, they avoided our calls for hours.

I am a visitor and a mgr of a restaurant in Ct. I ordered chineese food at 6pm i was told that it would be here in 45 minutes. Took a shower relaxed. After an hour and ten minutes I called and was told ten more minutes. Needless to say it took one hour 45 minutes. Of course the food was cold!! Teh worse part is I called twice she reiterated that i was at a hotel and they sent me no plastic ware to eat with not even chop sticks! Worse expereince....DO NOT EAT HERE OR DO TAKE OUT
I called to speak to mgr and she refused to let me speak to him. She never apologized!
